How do I publish a book internationally in Singapore?

I am in the process of writing a philosophical book by the likes of David Hume, Friedrich Nietzsche and Réne Descartes. I have quite a few great and unorthodox ideas within it, but before finishing it, I wonder if I have any hope to publishing it internationally in the first place in Singapore?
