Good morning Singapore
I need to find someone who left London owing me some money. Money is relative and the amount would be a small amount to some but is very important to me. I was intending to come over and confront him but he is to clever for me :-/. Regardless, I would like to try this option before I give up. Could someone guide / help me please?
