Hi card user, how to ID the person who is using the card?

  Recently, I have received several nonsensical SMS from a particular number. When I rang up singtel, they say there is no ID tied to this number. The contents of the SMS is very disturbing and depressing. I will be lodging a police report, but will the Telco or the police be able to trace and prosecuted this person . Anyone can comment? Thank you !

  the number is a Prepaid Hi card by Singtel and singtel customer service ran a check for me and this number is not tagged to any identification apparently.

  im sure our police and telco can work together to trace where the signal comes from, narrow in to the area of the caller

  Last checked with Singtel, this time , they say, theres an ID tagged to the number. Police report lodged, and magistrate complaint will be done up soon. I think I know this person. And I wll put her in jail no matter how many years of friendship. Good luck to her. Unless she got mental problem!
