Anyone feel cashconvertr staffs keep on changing their words

Like when you bring an item of brand/type X to them for selling, they will quote you a low price and give you a reason what brand X has low demand now therefore not worth much. They will say brand Y has more demand. Then a few days later, when I bring item of brand Y to them, they say brand X is more in demand.
I've been noticing this pattern from cashconvertr staffs since some years ago.
Recently, I brought Risis gold plated item to them for selling , they quote me very low price and explained Risis gold plated item not in demand nowadays. 2 days later, I went back with another gold plated item of unknown brand, they then told me gold plate items with brand like Risis more in demand as it is established, unknown brand not in demand.
I don't know how to trust their words anymore!
They also told me a risis item is only $A0 but I clearly remember it is $B0. If I ever correct or counter-argue with them, they will eventually say "don't want, don't want".They are also very rude, I feel no sincerity or friendliness from their tone and how they treated me. I'm wondering, am I talking to a human being with a living heart. It's like I'm begging for money which I'm not, I'm selling things to them.
