  Hello , anybody knows where to buy a CHEAP black hair spray ? Those that can be easily washed away by water ? It need not last very long , 1 hour would be suffice :D

  Try visit the building besides OG (ChinaTown MRT), 2nd floor, corner store.

  They sell lots of famous brand toiletries with lower price than other malls.

  You can purchase it online, maybe qoo10 or ebay, it is cheap and easy, but their delivery time may be long, or you can look up for those value shop in S'pore.
