Fishing can be a really exciting hobby if you know where to look. We have this saying. Only people who haven't never caught a fish properly quits
I loved fishing. I have been to various part of Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sarawak and Bintulu just to fish. Either you like fishing or fishing is not for you. It is just another hobby. I also got some fishing gear for sale. do email at techbts#hotmail.com for more info.
you can try booking a boat with a few good friends if you like off shore fishing. There are fixed departure location (changi, west coast, punggol)...
ps: important note, get ready strong sun block and a hat
It is interesting, find a few friends with you chit chat while waiting.
