suddenly have this idea... they keep saying that Singapore not enough land to grow our own vegetables, yet they still have space to keep building parks and greenery.
if we were to replace all our parks and gardens with rice fields, durain trees, orange trees, mango trees, banana trees, rambutan trees, ..... peanut plants, potato plants, ..... wouldn't we be able to support our own vegetables already?
imagine in the middle of the road or at road junctions where the grass patches are... we plant fruit trees and plants....
imagine on the new HDB carparks and carparks with rooftop garden... we have rice fields...
Singapore can be more self-sustainable leh... what do you think?
