If possible, maybe you can find an alternative job? If not you are doing a great job of hanging in there and having the end goal in mind which is the financial benefit. Good luck with poly.
try to read some books la.. maybe about your poly course?
.
do u have to do that....?
monday to friday I spend 8hours at least work in the company. Actually I could finish the entire daily jobs in 2hours. The rest.6hours feel bored, I spend my time by surf google and youtube learn something new
Just sleep man.
Instead of feeling victimized, try this:
What can YOU do to make things better?
From what I see, you i) need money and ii) feel tortured during your work hours and feel that it isn't worth it. This makes you feel tired and powerless.
But put yourself in your employer's shoes (talking about the man coming up with the money way up the chain). Why is he hiring you? It's to generate more money for himself. That means if he is paying you $7/hr, he is looking to get more than $7/hr of value from you. Because the nature of your job adds so little value, he needs you to do it impeccably in order to get his money's worth.
Maybe... the job isn't for you - and not in a bad way. Right now, you are earning your salary by selling your mind and time. You feel bored, and it is a waste of time, right? As a poly student, I am sure you have many other talents, that your time isn't your best asset. Only the poor and unskilled sell their time because they have nothing else to sell.
What can YOU do to generate value for others? What can YOU change about yourself, or what can YOU leverage on, that creates a benefit for a large number of people (and therefore they would pay you for it).
Never work a job for yourself, your value is defined by what you mean to others, so work for them instead.
Food for thought!
