I do agree with the 10 things. Having a positive mind can make you an optimist, and in terms of stress management, one can manage better. not forgetting we are what we eat, healthy balanced diet can be a prevention towards health-related diseases. Knowing diet plays around 75% of weight management, another 25% comes from exercise. so, regular exercise plus good nutrition can prevent obesity which is a concern in most countries. Research has shown that people being in the healthy weight category are more inclined to having a good health and are able to live longer.

the title is 10 ways to live longer. being confident doesn't directly help you live longer. in fact if you are confident and walked into a drain without looking, confidence had killed you.
