If you are working, you would probably feel more and more stress
everyday due to various reasons.
Its time to output the stress, and let your body balance back together
so you can stay healthy and perform well in your career.
However personally, i dun like the idea of spending money
in contrast to the normal ways of releasing stress where i found online
and facebook friends:
Travel Overseas $300
Community Centre learn new skills, like cooking, martial arts. etc $100
The only few ways to release stress i would actually do are:
beach walk free
sleep is da best
Super long bus rides. For eg. Bus 51 from Jurong East Int to Hougang Int
Gain knowledge to uncover reason of life and existence
Petty things won't stress anymore
If you can go to the swimming pool daily, it will help a lot.
Just focus your mind on what you are doing :-)

running is good
Drinking tea, petting a dog and charity work or helping others to create a greater sense of well being. speaking of which

Thats only release stress temporarily.
To release it permanently, we have to find the root cause and eliminate it :)
go jogging, sweat it out
Dropping everythin & simply daydreaming works too.
Just not during work.
i like to look at the sea it made me calm
acoustic music, something jazzy or folk or alternative
Running, jogging, sleeping, aroma theraphy
Exercise and do what you like. Learn to love yourself :)
I listen to music while gaming or surfing the net to relieve stress
exercise is the best, increase your hormone level
