Yea.. he didn't slap him. If LHL really did, our beloved PM will not mentioned it in the Rally..
But.. i honestly think this is the final farewell from PM Goh.. He's like so reluctant for the speech to end.. and if LSL is speaking next year at the rally, i'm gonna find something else to do.. -

dun blame them! when i first heard his speech i almost thought he meant it really took place! in fact, i think quite alot of people got misled.
according to a newspaper article today, it was attributed to the speechwriter. heh -
actually, what is scary is that it was a joke... it was meant to be so ridiculous that no one would believe it...
