it all depends on ur usage whether the free incoming is a plus point or not...
my gf went for starhub free incoming, then she found out her frenz dun like to call...
u should roughly estimate ur usage for a typical mth, then calculate how much u haf to pay for the different plans...
in addition, starhub's penalty clause is very heavy...
