How to bypass ISP ban in mIRC?

I realised there are 3 kinds of bans in mIRC.
Type One:
Nick ban, they ban your nick.
Solution: Change your nick lor!
Type Two:
IP ban, this type of ban, they will ban part of your IP.
Solution 1: change your User ID and reconnect.
Solution 2: If you're running a Dial Up type internet, disconnect and reconnect again. Your IP should change.
Type Three:
ISP ban, this type of ban they ban your ISP for example they ban Singnet.com.sg. Which mean anyone that has Singnet.com.sg in its IP is banned.
So how to bypass this kinda ban? -

I didn't do anything! Never even go in for since last July I think. Then when I try to enter again they ban all Singnet.com.sg but now more extreme, they ban all .com.sg. Singnet, Maxonline Pacific, whatever all cannot go in.Originally posted by FireIce:mask

I think using proxies should work. Either that or use an alternate ISP if you have. -

Those that have the episodes are usually from the channel i am banned from. -

OMG, you don't get it. The channel I am referring to is not in Galaxynet nor Pacific nor any server that many Singaporeans go. If you know any of the ops in the channel,you could msg them in your status screen and ask them to unban your isp,that what one guy in another channel told me to do when I got kicked out of a 80's cartoon channel.
