This bad english forumite is back.....hahaha. Look what's happening here now when I was away. Another bo liao person trying to put Lex into the limelight. Will all these despicable acts never end? What kind of a forum is this? *sigh*
During my three months here, I saw people like Twinkle, Littleman and Rinoa leaving the forum for good. All good english speaking forumites. What crime did they do to deserves such treatment from the forumites here? You know something, my friends and foes....samleong site (the XXX rated forum) was better than here. They only flames those deserving 'bastards'...hiak! another crude remark. The exchanges of info's and pic's were acknowledged with a courteous 'thank you brudder for a job well done'. Here, not only 'sorry' was hard to hear...'thank you' was hard to find too. (This does not implied to all whom I have known and spoke to).
Copyrights? What's copyright? How do you know you have a copyright infringement? If the photos(I have not seen it yet) belongs to Lex, she can request that it be taken off from the publishing site(s)...if she feels that her privacy is intruded. Lex...the ball is in your court. To sue...it depends on the circumstances of the photo(s). If there is no 'doctoring' or depicting her in a bad manner....there is no case here...our Linux expert. That brings me to an Internal Security Act. Some forumites had crossed the authorities' OB markers here on religious thread. If the offended party wanted to sue you...do you think they have a case? Think carefully before you open your mouth "I am going to sue you"...it might just backfired.
As for 'borrowing' the jpg image from another site and published it here....it's done many times over by forumites here. What they did were just publishing a image from a site to here. If they were to state the URL, people here would have seen it, anyway. Whatever you put in the 'net' was meant to be seen...then it is not 'stealing'. Please get it right.
Lastly, I am not here to spite or flame people (borrowed from Naivegirl - hope she don't sue me for infringement of copyrights...hahaha), just to state the fact. And the fact is...there is no case to make a big "Hoo Haa" over it.

Agree with Tommy.......stop all these nonsense.....if lex is displease with her pics published, request for it to be taken off.....btw, the pics did not show her in any bad sense....so, I think it is alright her..

We don't know if lex is displeased or happy with the pics being posted. No posting from her regards to this issue at all. From start to finish, it's all her buaya and liz posting on behalf of her.
There are many postings already urging the person involve to speak up. I would say..if she has speak up to ask for her pic bac...I guess this matter rested long time ago. Probably now lex also find it amusing how this posting can go and go...whether she is sadden, happy, cry, laugh till teeth drop...nobody knows...
Some here are accusing zeta and gang are out to "degrade" and sabo lex...Think again...if "degrading" and "sabotage" is the main intention, will Zeta put up such a nice pics in the first place ?
In another way...It is possible the person behind "Zeta" nick is lex herself or one of her admirer wanting to boost up her exposure and popularity here and add more fun and topic for argument in this forum. This is my opinion. -
