Check classifieds or Yellow Pages. If u want a dog, adopt from SPCA cos there are so many abandoned ones looking for homes & also cheaper cos u pay a few hundred dollars if u buy from pet shops

but usually to adopt a pet takes more frm one's heart. cos they are usually abandoned thus might suffer from rejection and sometimes even abuse.
then again there are successful and good adoptions i heard of too!
