Man disrupts church service because of parking woes

Neighbours guests park their car in front of my front gate, I already beh kum guan, still want to say him. -

Well, I think the man can appeal to the judge if he does get charged, under the circumstances, maybe the man does have a right to disrupt the church service as he needs to get out of his house!

In Bukit Batok MRT that area, they have to built concrete pavement in the middle of the road, so that the road is narrowed and if any car stop, it will block all other cars. Same thing with the road at my block.
Altho car park is just one min away (or even less), they still park illegally and causing congestions...
That time my car was behind this MPV. The driver got down the car, to bank in his cheque. He was taking his own sweet time. slowly walk there, then slowly walk back. I was there to drop in my cheque also and I came later than he. I ran to DBS bank, dropped the cheque, got into the car. The guy was still walking. -
