Well I think that it's not rite to all gers are like this... I mean wear clothes like Spagatti is not too bad mahz... just becoz some ugly looking pests wearing clothes that covers only her undergarments doesn't mean that the rest of the gers also do the same. 1) It makes some of them more secure and confident of themself. Some dress to boost their self esteem.
