heard now they allow prisoners to "book in n out" prison one....must go back by certain timing...also got some tracking device on them...is it true?

Heard they can serve their terms at home... but they gotta have this kinnda 'pager' strapped to their ankles wan , cannot take off and they must be found at all time and must be home from dunno what time to what time...
Hee... like ganna probation like that loh ... the good thing is they get to eat home cooked food...
