What time does SingPost deliver letters?

NB i am waiting for a very important letter. Called up the person and she said been sent out on Monday which was three days ago.
Who knows what is the time slot for postmen to deliver the letters? I tink once in morning, then once around close to evening? -

Hmm, saw on the postboxes that they collect all mails by 5pm, everyday except Sunday
Then will post all local mails usually by the next working day. For my house usually i see them slotting mails in my postbox by 3pm.

Hate the feeling of waiting...I have received mail today that was sent out on Monday...received this morning..the postman only comes once a day as far as I know..timing depends on where you staying i think..should be on the way to you if it really was sent on Monday...hang in there..

This letter could make or break my entire year! Darn it la...SingPost so inefficient one. They deliver by lunch time the next working day for local mail. So its most probably you.

I experienced last month when something was sent out on the 15th but I only got it on the 21st!!! now used to it already...our postal system stinkingly inefficient one!! you need to pschologically prepare your self to wait one week and then when you get it earlier you'll be overjoyed!!

Yah, Singpost not so effiecient...
Many times, my friend sends letters to me, and strangely I don't receive it...
Once, I sent a letter to myself to test, and never got it back!

They only deliver once a day...usually in e afternoon. Usually if u post by e certain time stated on e post box, e other party will receive it the next day. Unless festive seasons, casue mail load increases, so hve to wait a few more days. Did u ask e other person what time did she send on Mon? Late afternoon after e collection time or in e evening? If it was, than Singpost will collect it only on Tue n deliver to ur hse by yesterday or today. If u dun receive it today gve Singpost a call tom. There hve been cases where mails r lost in e post...thats y they hve register mail...$2 more! Sometimes is e postman insert into e wrong letter box, other times r address being written wrongly on e envelope. Make sure e 6 digit postal code is written correctly cause Singpost use machines to sort out ur letters by using e postal code. If e postal code is wrong, e machine will reject ur letter, n Singpost staff hve to manually find e correct postal code n resort ur letter, thus causing more delay.Originally posted by cooleo:NB i am waiting for a very important letter.
