  there is a couple of halal cafes at bugis. Amiran's Cafe has very nice food, not very expensive too. It is opposite MOS Burger, along Liang Seah Street. There is also one turkish pizza place there, also halal. At Shaw Towers, the Turkish cafe is also halal and is also inexpensive!
  
  i work @ beach road lah, so i know. heh. not that i got commission from there. :p but i really recommend amiran's cafe.
