  once u donate blood, ur body will produce new blood which will make u more refresh and it certainly will help u concentrate in exam. But don't go donate b4 exam coz after u donate, u will feel a bit giddy coz tat time body lost a bit of blood already

  no nid to donate at the moment coz i c the new they say nw they hv enough blood liao sumore the blood can only keep 1mth so dun waste ur blood 1st
