uncle today just join this forum eh.see my profile u noe i retired liao so very bo liao feel abit itchy to reply to u.
hope u wont be feeling this way for too long as it may result in some other psychiatric probs.
whenever im alone a never feel lonely or cry(haven been crying for ages)cuz i actually the kind who needs to spend time wif myself.
mabbe u should learn how to spend time wif ur self lor ok ?
some of u may think i siao spending time wif myself but its the truth ok!!
human needs to spend time toking to oneself and of course they need more time having a listening ear to torTure........
or mabbe u dun spend ur time in the room and come to forum sing song instead okie?

Xiang^er... I felt the same way before... But now, I chose not to think about it, cos it ain't helping me a bit to cope with the real world.
Everybody is lonely one time or the other. You feel this spiritual emptiness in your heart. You are longing for someone special to fill it up, rite? (Or someone has oredi done dat?
) Stay cheery, be happy. 
We are still around mah. With friends, you'll never be lonely.

for me rite.... if i feel empty inside..... i will go library and carry tonnes of books hm to read..... eg chicken soup for the soul? children picture books? i really love flipping thru those pretty pictures in children books.... those words big big de... hehe.... some ppl say i siao liao lar... but i find it very relaxing and brighten up my day... or u could juz find those u really enjoy reading de..... at the end of the day... u feel so much better and lighter -
ur room gt tv??watch vcd lor..tats hw i spend at home...watch dramas/...show or vcd concert...or watever...create as much noise as possible...on radio...etc..find some hobby to do..like play guitar...painting.........ask fren come ur house..play majong...or chess......computer games....etc... if nt then find ways to decorate ur room......or if realy lonely........then go library borrow bks read...

i agree wif u... its the emptyness inside oneself tat u will bcm lonely & empty... try2kp oneself busy...then u will not tink so much...
or another is to... make urslf tired, bad eg --> lookg at computer for long time, to make eyes tired so that u can go sleep....
if nt do some exercise or other stuffs that make u feel tired then u can go sleep ...
not bad ideas hor??? hmmm.. xianger, try them next time lar, then tell me the effects...kekeke

Give yourself a purpose in life and concentrate on it lor.... Mabbe like take a course that u wanted to do for a long time but did not have the courage or time to do it.... Just try doing it... It will help enrich your life and also take your mind off your loneliness....

sometimes i do feel that emptiness inside. the world seem so big and so dark...there is no one but urself to find ur own way through this darkness..the worst is that..maybe u have not found what u r seeking for...feeling afraid
