With regards to the “Cai2 Yin1 Jia2 Ying3’ ge, the typical condition required is for Tian Xiang to be in the middle while Tian Liang kiap on one side & another star with Hua Lu kiap froom the other side.
Suppose we have a scenario whereby got Tian Liang on left of Tian Xiang, but Lu Chun is on the right instead of Hua Lu. Like that got count as ‘Cai Yin Jia Ying’ ge a not?
Alternately, if we have Tian Liang & Hua Lu on only one side but nothing on the other, like this also consider ‘Cai Yin Kia Ying‘ ge? -

the 2nd formation u mention is totally out.....with out tian xiang there ,there is no gen as there is no 'gui qi' at all cos tian xiang is know for its power of change n carerfulness... -
