  '13 divide by 2 ' = 13 to power of 1/2
  
  13 = (4 + 4 + 4 + 1)
  
  So 13 to power 1/2 = (4 + 4 + 4 + 1) to power 1/2
  
  4 to power 1/2 = 2 ... 1 to power 1/2 = 1
