Marriage cant be 'gauge' by age...though tt's the easiest i reckon
Want shld be at least when the compatibility is there & maturity develops. However, these 2 factors cant be 'gauged' by time
Thus, No Age is the Right Age but only the Right Time when everything falls in perfectly

In Singapore context it would be when the couple is going to apply for a flat. Or to pool finanical resources.
Me? I would prefer to co-habit. Marriage cert is just a piece of paper. I do not want to be binded by a paper. -

Also, when you have kids, if you're not married, it's gonna be a lot of work.
Anyway, once you've decided to love that person and marry her, the paper doesn't matter. You don't intend to get divorced right ?
