Okay. i remember 3 spectacular ones that appeared on the straits times.This guy proposed to this girl on a bumbooat decorated with a huge banner This couple exchanged their rings at Sentosa's Underwater world. Opps. It's not a proposal.This guy got a lot of people from Suntec to help him with the lightings. After dining with her girlfriend during the nightime, he told her to look up at the building. Flashing across. Spectacular.

i think those ppl that go suntec fountain then pay money use the laser light to propose is damn boliao. it's not sincere enuff, or even insincere, depending on how u look at it.
