Maybelline Water Shine

  Is anyone using Maybelline's Water Shine Lipstick? Does it really, you know, have that water effect?
  
  I know Helena Rubenstein's lipsticks do but they're kind of way too costly for my meagre income.

  no they don't........they use lipgloss on top of the lipstick to get that watershine effect............

  yup...it does have dat effect...but its not dat obvious...it looks nice tho..

  hey!i like tis topic.
  
  something to share.the sunblock from sunplay is gd.non greasy and can wear under makeup.i have sensitive skin too.
  
  i work under the sun, and i have try several others, and tis the best.
