my direct family is in australia, so we just contact thru emails and very seldom phone. most of the contact is done thru my brother.
my family and i never really got along, not by my standards. but after i moved out of home and grew up, i think it's really good now. they respect me as a person and dun have the hang-ups of "u live under my roof, u obey my rules"
but overall i respect my parents very very much. i wouldn't swap them for anyone else. my bro is cool too. last time fight alot, now we talk man to man.
and... i think he's gonna get married b4 me!!! arghhhh

coz firstly i come from a strict family.. with 4 other silbings sharing the same parents.. Both parents are always busy and i had all my meals eaten outside ever since i was 12 years old..
they are always too busy with their stuff and tends to forget everyone of us in the family. they have the thinking of "money solve everything" concept.. haiz.. sad isnt it..
for me.. having parents and those without parents is the same...i usually spend my holidays alone.. at home alone.. i do everything also alone... it really sux to have such a busy parents.. -

my family is like a treasure to me. . . mayb last time i hv conflicts wif my parent coz our views r v differ but slowly i began to grow up & now we r v v close,esp wif my mum~ we can talk almost anytin. . .
for my bro when we kids we always fight & quarrels alots but now we r v close. . . although he younger den me but he a v mature boy 4 his age. . . when i hv prob i will consult him & discuss abt it
for my dad he a v nice guy although he seldom talk but we get along v well too~
guess everytin take effort & time~ now i v happy wif the relationship wif my family. . . we r v close

last time we used to be very untied de...really got the warmth of a regular family...but these few yrs...everything has changed...
but i will nv swap anyone or anything else wif my family...

my family is the BEST 365 days my mother will shoot at me with her machine-gun like mouth..and 330 days my father will wack me..another 35 days i not at home haha

totally dun understand each other one... still staying together becoz we are father n son, but nvr do anything together, not even eat/watch tv etc etc... given a choice, i rather spend time wif my frens or alone than spend it wif any of my family members, just totally dun click....

then after tt, till army, = 18 yrs, curfew....
thus after army, i become quite rebellious loh...

I have a very traditional family.
I've always envied pple who can talk to their parents about school, girlfriends and stuff.
I seldom talk to my parents, because I'm not used to talking with them. Seldom talk to them since young.

Don't hold your parents to contempt. After all, you are their child and it is just possible that you may take after them. Family love is the only love with no limits. -
my family v impt to mi..think no matter wad they r ranked 1st lor..mi quite close to my family members oso...
i oways tell my dad n mom wad i did n all my complaints..so i often pui alot of things to them..they oso used to it liaoz...so they will advise lor..sumtimes they v naggy.. bt tiz is bobian..bt at least they gif mi the freedom i wan..they oso allow mi to drink n go chiong as long i noe how to behave myself...i tink is that they trust mi...hehe
for those pple whu r not on v good terms to ur family..i tink u need to communicate more to them lor..like mi..simi rubbish..simi complaints oso tell them...it actualli builds up the relationship.. -

i feel very blessed to have such wonderful and hardworking parents. Always when i feel down...i tell myself that i dun have to bother abt anyone..im coming home to my mom and dad. my doggy and my hubby....and that's all i need...
