Q: How can Disney's FASTPASS service make my visit more enjoyable?
A: Disney's FASTPASS service allows you to spend less time waiting in line enjoying all the adventures, shop, and restaurants at the Disneyland® Resort
Q: Do I have to pay to use Disney's FASTPASS service?
A: Disney's FASTPASS is FREE.
Q: Is FASTPASS available for all Park Guests?
A: Yes, Disney's FASTPASS is available to every Guest who visits Disneyland park and Disney's California Adventure park.
Q: What attractions currently offer FASTPASS?
A: FASTPASS is available at Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, Autopia, Indiana Jones™ Adventure, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Star Tours, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Grizzly River Run, It's Tough to Be a Bug, Soarin' Over California, California Screamin', Mulholland Madness, and Jim Henson's Muppet*Vision™ 3D.
Q: Where are the FASTPASS machines located? Are they at the Main Entrance or at the attractions?
A: Currently, the FASTPASS machines are located at or near the entrance to the attractions where FASTPASS is offered.
Q: Will there be a wait at the FASTPASS machines?
A: The wait is minimal at the FASTPASS machines. There are several machines at each attraction and the process is simple.
Q: Can I use one FASTPASS ticket for everyone in my party or do we each need our own? Does everyone in my party need to be present in order to get our FASTPASS tickets?
A: You will receive one FASTPASS ticket for each Disneyland Resort admission Ticket (One-Day Ticket, Multi-Day Ticket, Annual Passport, etc.). Your entire party does not need to be present. You just need to have each of their Disneyland Resort admission Tickets. Simply insert the Ticket one at a time into the FASTPASS machine.
Q: Can I choose my FASTPASS return time?
A: You will be assigned a one-hour window of time (for example, 1:10 p.m. - 2:10 p.m.) and you can board the attraction anytime during that one-hour window. You will see a display at the FASTPASS attraction, telling you what one-hour window of time is currently being assigned.
Q: Once I return to the FASTPASS attraction, will I have to wait?
A: There is a minimal wait when you return to the attraction.
Q: How will I know which queue to go to when I return to the attraction?
A: At each location, there is a sign directing you to either the Stand-by queue or the FASTPASS queue. You will go in the FASTPASS queue to board the attraction.
Q: If everyone is in the FASTPASS queue, won't the wait be just as long as the Stand-by queue?
A: Disney's FASTPASS system allows only a limited number of people to be in the FASTPASS queue during any given one-hour window of time, so the FASTPASS queue wait will be minimal.
Q: Will you run out of FASTPASS tickets?
A: Disney's FASTPASS tickets are subject to availability. On a busy day at Disneyland® or Disney's California Adventure™ there is the possibility that all of the appointment times could be already assigned.
Q: Who do I ask if I have a question about Disney's FASTPASS while I'm at Disneyland® park and Disney's California Adventure™ park?
A: There are Cast Members located at the entrance to each Disney's FASTPASS attraction. They will be happy to help answer any questions that you might have.

so it's looks like it might not be too helpful when the park is crowded, but it's looks cool
