HEY DUDES!!! HELP MI!! BIG PROBLEM!!

  u noe hor.... i study in S'pore Poly... den tonite i juz came back from Rock Climbing.... going to MRT station.... i was going to top-up my fare card my $10 note is an old note, so i went up to the office and top-up, by the way at that time was around 9.50pm liaoz.... the both officers were DAMM BLUR!! THIS IS HOW IT GET STARTED!!

  i gave them the $10 and asked for top-up, but WHO KNOWS! the stupid! officer top-up for mi $20 !!!

  in the end he asked mi to bring $10 back tomolo and return to him!

  My Comments: But its their respondsibility wad and not my prob! THEY SHOULD BE ALERT!! still.... i gotta waste my time and strength and money to go all the way down from ALJUNIED and return to them?!!!!

  tell them to deduct the $10 from the card. if they cannot do so, ask to speak to their superior. if their superior insists, ask them to send you an official letter.
  
  of course, i would suggest that you give them the $10. after all, you gotta top up sooner or later right? needless for all these tussles.

  Write to the Strait Times forum about this incident...but before you pay the $10 first...then they cannot say anything like you make up the story...also get the name of the officer who made the mistake...so that at least you have someone to point to.
  
  But then again if you dun want to made a big hassel of the whole thing...just pay lor...but if you dun pay...what can they do huh?
