You still can get pregnant even though you have your period, there have been several cases.
The best would be to buy a pregnancy test kit from pharmacy, quite cheap about 10++, and test it. You will be able to know the results instantly.
In the event that you are pregnant and wish to abort, there are several pirvate clinics in Singapore that will do it. The cost and danger will vary depending on the stage of pregenancy. You can do a search on Yahoo.
You were both wearing shorts, I would believe that it should be quite safe provided there is no *physical* contact.
