  ok, the first guy i saw merlioning... was the idiot sitting in front of the TV...
  and i dun think its merlion lor, more like WATERFALL.
  
  he jsut bent over, and macam someone open the tap from the HDB void deck, then liquid just SPLASH out. and not one time lor, the first wave (pardon the pun) was like, 2-3 times.
