Anyone here snore at night?

  Any help to rectify the problem?
  
  I sleep talk and sometimes I snore when I'm sleeping at night. Any one here have the same problem?
  
  Any one here konw how to solve it?

  i do snore, but i sleep alone, so ok lah.
  
  Mi ex ger ger last time will grind teeth leh, so scary too

  Must wear teeth guard. Or else long run the teeth will get grinded away.

  If you snore, try to lie on your side..
  Because if you face up while you are sleeping, you will snore..
  i'm not sure whether it works for you anot.

  upper set of teeth will rub against the lower set of teeth and create the "gek gek gek" sound. Can be veri loud in the middle of the nite. My ex used to wake mi up wif her "gek" and i will mouth her to wake her up to stop her "geking"

  Hmm, when pple snore, either they are realli tired or when they sleep, their tougue fall back and blocks the air passage, thus caused snoring.
  
  Can try sleeping sideway, head tilt to side, so tougue will not fall back and block the airway.
  
  But if ur snore realli damn loud, better seek medical help from professionals, cos heard in some accidents where the spouse sleeping with husbands with loud snore, after prolonged sleeping, become semi-deaf nia.

  i can recommend 1 conventional way sure wont snore snore snore
  go to any baby department store get a pacifier put it in ur mouth oso help 4 those who sleep talk and grind teeth hehe
