5. Mix tropical lemon and lime leaves with honey, coconut milk and coconut oil to create a healing moisturiser for your skin.
6. At night, wash your face with warm, then immediately rinse with ice cold water. And avoid using any creams afterwards. This helps to promote fresh, clean skin.
7. If you struggle with dry hair, why not try rubbing in a small amount of avocado? Wash out after 20 minutes for extra shine!
8. If you use a foundation and have light skin, always try and blend your makeup down to your neck. This prevents those telltale colour differences.
9. Always take care of your diet, favouring fresh vegetables, fruit and light meats over sugary and processed foods. And make sure you drink lots of water every day. All this will make you healthier and improve the quality of your hair and complexion.
10. To disguise dark rings under your eyes, soak some cotton wool in cold camomile tea, and apply to your eyes for an hour.
11. Always eat three nutritious meals a day that do not exceed 1500 calories.
12. Cocoa fat is great for minimising stretch marks and other blemishes.
13. Remember to use a good sun block whenever you are exposed to strong sunlight - it will help to protect your skin and keep it looking younger.
14. Makeup should enhance your inner beauty, not transform it. Be natural!
15. Steam your face with boiled lemon water to open your pores and promote fresher, cleaner skin.
16. Splash your face with cold water ten times in the morning to firm and tone your skin.
17. Make sure you exercise regularly. You'll feel better, stay healthy and it will enhance your skin, hair and figure.
18. To reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, apply lemon juice to the skin and leave it on for several hours. Then remove the juice and massage coconut or olive oil into the skin.

10. Don't over do it with accessories! Try and give yourself a ten item limit. For example two earrings, one necklace, one ring, one bracelet and one hair clip is more than enough. -

1) use tomato from market or the 1 bottle type (maggie)
to pour on your hair?
2) why cannot wear black underwear with light and white clothes? i mean if you are wearing white jeans cannot see thru right? if i can see thru i think my eyes worth 10million..... and hated by all girls.. -
