I brought my girl home and cooked a meal all for her, then we watched some tv, then I gave her a foot-rub, a shoulder and a back rub to get her all relaxed. Then she drifted off to a relaxed and deep sleep in my arms.
As opposed to many out there, I'm thankful that my girl thinks that that night was most romantic. I have a rare and wonderful girl who finds romance in simple things we do together, like share a meal at a coffeeshop we both like, taking a bus together somewhere or just sitting together at home

Romance can come with the simplest of things, yet they are overlooked. If a man gives a woman a 3-carat diamond ring but is not there, as opposed to a man making sure his love is comfortable and relaxed, then puts in the effort to prepare dinner for her, who is more romantic?
Or even better, a couple doing things together for each other... what could be more romantic? It does not matter what it is they are doing, as long as it is done with love.
So, are the men getting less romantic? Or are the people buying into the hype and forgetting what true romance is?
