hmm....i can cook erm........alot of funny stuff
got Baked chicken.....steak....fish&chips...rice(fried also can) then got french onion soup.....blah blah blah
Dunno how to make porriage or bake anything though -
cooking is another form of skill which is acquired since young or when u are very independent like being thrown to study overseas or when u are mostly at home alone... i do noe how to cook a variety of food in which i make use of this skill to earn money during chinese new year, hari raya and even use it to do catering services.. but i stopped already since i am busy in the teaching line in home economics... i cannot list the number of food i noe how to cook... but definitely if u wanna me cook a dish of ur fav i will try if i noe.. of coz exotic dishes i wun noe how to lah! those in our daily lifestyles are still acceptable !

Let's see what i can whip up in the ol' kitchen:
Pasta & Noodles:
carbonara, marinara, pasta in cream, cheese and bacon sauce, pasta in herb and butter sauce, spaghetti bolognese, etc... for noodles there's maggi mee(of course), hokkien noodle, wanton noodle, niang toufu noodle, noodle soup, etc... for pasta and noodles there's really heaps more i know but it's a mixed bag cos i usually improvise with whatever's in the fridge and pantry.
Rice:
white rice,fried rice, risotto sushi rice, etc...
Japanese:
terriyaki fish, terriyaki chicken, terriyaki pork, ton katsu(?), sushi
Oven:
chicken, fish, cakes, home made wedges, etc...anything really
Salads:
italian dressing, caesar dressing, salad with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, potato salad, tuna slad, etc...sky's the limit
Pizza:
marguerita(ol' classic and the easiest), hawaiian, etc...
i know others like different style of poultry, seafood, blah blah..well cooking's not that really hard ay. it's the getting the ingredients ready and the washing up that's the hassle. just improvise with whatever you have and yeah cross your fingers and hope it turns out to be edible
