Slimming Centres

  Has anyone here patronized a slimming centre before?
  
  I'm always attracted by the advertisements those centres make.. Especially one by Expressions, which featured several once-fat people who lost some weight and looked wonderful in the pictures.
  
  Do those slimming programmes really work? Has anyone here tried them before?
  
  Normally the packages come in sessions of 10... Are 10 sessions enough?

  it is true lor...mi last time colleague go ... wah lau... come back realli trim down a lot... but after tat no go slimming, bui again liao

  Aiyah... Slimmimg centres are crap. The best is lots of exercise and a healthy diet!

  breakfast : One stick of carrot, one stick of celery, two tictac
  lunch: same as breakfast, except change the tictac flavor
  dinner: same as b4, except add 1cm by 5cm piece of fish.
  
  after eating like this for 2 weeks, guaranteed lose weight.
