It is not often that you meet someone who takes your breath away. Someone with whom you love so hard that it hurts and one that you would continue loving no matter what kind of shit they put you through. Yet there must always be a line drawn between being tolerant and being stupid. Too many people hide behind that fragile façade called love, it is an illusion and a delusion. A leopard can never change its spot and it is foolish to hope otherwise.

Forget all the people who tell you that a relationship is about two person compromising for they themselves speaks but from the shadow of ignorance. You cannot help anyone if they themselves refuse to acknowledge their need and nothing that you can do can lift them from the darkness of self-delusion. For as much as we compromise there must be a line we know to never cross, a place where we lost our dignity and joy. There is no shame nor wrong in being happy, the only wrong is in betraying yourself. Whatever the outcome, the very least is that we know that we have conducted our role with honour and dignity.
