hi guys ..
so many days has went by ...right now dunno whether its good or its bad ...
i cut down ... 5 sticks/day ... which is very good... but ... i just can't seem to go anymore lower than that .. abit stress...
saw one reply that put salt in the cigg butt ... thats was cool ...yet to try out ..maybe tomolo morning ...
also ..i heard afew stories about bf quitting and so on.. and a 3 mths time to quit smoking ... which impressive me alot .. his mind and determination should be very strong ... mind if i borrow some ?? hee ...
anyway ..to those ppl that are going to quit smoking ... all the best ...and wish me luck too~
