1. knw her friends first
2. go up to her and "xiao jie, zuo peng you ke yi mah"
3. get a PI to find out all about her
4. get to knw her sch/job and join her there and knw her as classmate/colleague first
5. wait for her to come and intro herself to you (wait long long) -
Isn't this the same as how to date a ger? hmmmm probably can catch her when she is in a good mood...
