  combat in army is different from combat in navy or aiforce.
  
  in the army, combat means carrying your rifle during exercises but for the other two arms, combat mean you incharge of the combat system. ma-jiam like combat system administrator

  Paywise... Airforce of course but not any tom dick or harry can apply for a carreer there. Think the army give the best of both world. Feels gd to have my feet on the ground.

  life in civil service is challenging in the sense you dun do wat the commercial side is doing......
  
  well, i'm an army regular..... civil service pay is good.....at least a diploma holder is receiving what a degree holder is getting now on a general scale except for some cases......
  
  life in national service or as a regular all goes down to the individual's "want" to be in or out but since there's not much of a choice, just make the best out of it....
