the really best (for me,got to try it when i got one) is to take her for a dinner at tony roma at suntec , then after that go to the park below shears brg. and while walking along the park Suddenly hold her both hands and look straight into her eyes and say :" under the moon , the stars , will you the ever most beautiful girl be my girlfriend !
to avoid disappointment make sure she dont have a bf .

Actions speak louder than words. Make her feel treasured by doing small little meaningful things. Of course, say 'I love you' so that she knows. There's nothing a girl likes more than a little reassurance
