when pass TP , why must wait for 2 more weeks for licence?

Yes,u can drive liao le...or ride....but must put P plate hor....Becos they need to scan yr photo all this ma..computerise le...sigh..me waste 20buck on a stupid paper license..luckily now change like this...50 for whole life...phew....

it is time for me to renew my licence, also got to wait for 2 weeks. but i can bring it down to automobile association of singapore customer service centre. it takes only 1 week. -
