when pass TP , why must wait for 2 more weeks for licence?

Congrats!!! Must wait for 2 weeks so they have sufficent time to make yr 'Lifetime' license for u. To me , this new license really suxs, whenever u upgrade to another class, u need to pay another amount of $50.Not to forget, if u lost it , the payment 'Might' be even higher.

i mean 90k for a nice 2 door coupe is cheap compare other 2 door it much exp.. but then u dun hv to buy 1st hand mah can buy 2nd hand..
but then even if i hv e $ i wum buy so exp lor.. mayb just a normal 4 door car will do..
