leave it in the case and just use your wet fingers to glide across lor.
mine never was nua before.

Hmmm sounds like there's alot more to using Neutrogena products. Currently I'm using both Za facial cleanser and this Extra Gentle (or something like that) Neutrogena Facial Wash. I use Za in the morning and night and then the Neutrogena one in the day when my face gets oily. The Za wash is well, I like it. It washes off light make up, leaves your face feeling clean and yet it doesn't strip my face of its natural oils [of course that's provided you don't overwash your face].

At least you take care of your skin.
Some pp just don't belive the wonders in skin care.
pore refining essence I use before. didn't really remember if it's good or not. but I threw it away maybe because I didn't see any effect. but it's abit smelly if I rub in for too long. -
