RSAF also looking for certs these days. Few of my friends don't get their contract re-new.
now panic cos no certs to support them in looking for a new job outside as RASF experience are non working experience to the industry outside.
If not then you go for the money, save up and come back then upgrade.
Just some suggestions. Think about it and let your office in charge knw. Good luck

in fact i signed on so i could provide for them financial stability for a few years... while i can try to upgrade myself...
but now overseas attachment comes to mind, it got me thinking again
