Having sharp pain doesn't mean dat u r suffering from heart attack though it's one of the symptoms. Sharp pain may be due to the tightening of heart muscles....n gotta c which part of the chest u r talking abt..... there r so many questions to be asked...
My advice will be the same as the others....c a doctor -

could have nothing to do with the heart...
I thought I broke my ribs when my back and ribcage hurt like hell... but it was actually Shingles... they were attacking my nerves around that area. And my back hurt so much I thought I threw out my back. In the end, it was just pain by nerve induction caused by the virus.
Would be best to go to a GP first. They will have no preconceptions of what to do... a specialist at hammering will think everything can be solved by hammering.Originally posted by Master -_-:my advice is different...

sometimes when i finish jogging, i can feel a sharp pain in my heart followed by mild contractions, i cannot break too hard if not it hurts, must breathe slowly in super small gasps, almost like suffocating like that
