I said that "logically speaking", but my logic may be different from others, and I did say I'm new, so that's why I'm asking to find out what's the general consensus here. I did not say that just because I think that way, that others have to think that way too. And my concern wasn't about cheating. I just asked whether people would tell their partners... cos I think some people just won't tell, to save the trouble of explaining if the gf kicks up a fuss or something like that. -

And in this forum, it's just words which people write... some spill their guts, some come to look for electronic solace, some come to chitchat, some.. i dunno.
If you have a loving relationship based on trust, what's wrong with being in a forum?
It's like your partner telling you that you cannot have friends of your own.

bear, the problem lies in the fact that the bfs either know too much or too little about the forum..
they know that there are lots of guys here out to flirt and try their luck..
when they know too little, they tend to let their imagination and lack for security drive them nuts..
i think the logical thing to do is 'educate' the partners his/her reasons for coming to the forum.. just clean fun.. -

sillyme and princessgirl... yah.. i figure that most of the problems in the world is because of a lack of education or knowledge, and people either taking unfair advantage, or in this case, jumping to a conclusion which is way off...
however, i think some do have a cause for worry... some people are easily swayed and some people in forums have a way with words that are amazing...
