What type of swimsuit

  what type of swimsuit would be suitable for a slightly plump gal ???
  
  one piece type, two piece type or bikini type(ha ha ha... very unlikely to be suitable) ???
  
  i also heard that colours, lines and design patterns on the swimsuit do make a little bit of difference...
  
  anyone care to give suggestions ?!

  Vertical stripes generally makes a person look taller and thinner. Horizontal stripes will make a person look fatter. Dark colours will make a person look thiner too.
  
  I would suggest a one piece swim suit, with those little flap like things below so that the bottom part of the body won't get too much focus. Ultimately it's up to personal choice. As long as you're comfortable with whatever your choice is.

  Ugh no, NO FLAPS. Some useless piece of fabric flopping around with no function & drags you down when you're swimming. Looks totally weird too. Like kiddie suits except very uncute on a grown woman.

  Hee. Yes. Flaps do drag you down when swimming cos it causes obstruction. but if it's for the sake of beauty, then I think it serves as some function to reduce unwanted attention to some areas of the body..

  with your suggestion, i think a dark coloured one piece swimsuit with vertical stripes would be suitable for my slightly plump friend.
  
  errr... what type of vertical stripes would be good for my 1.5++ metre tall friend ??? broad or thin type ???
