Where to buy beautiful Bettas/Fighting fish?

Hi, Chunyong. I think U did not manage the water condition carefully. Ketapang leave is really recommended for Aged water as it will give the Betta that type of water environment where natural bettas live in...ponds/logang etc. Ketapang leaves extract is also a medication for Betta and in the long run, the bettas will be healthier, vibrant, flashy colours etc etc.
Use Black water extract if U cannot find Ketapang leaves. -

yup...using ketapang leaves is a gud way of aging water but tends to get dirty veri easily which requires u to change d water frequently and keep an eye on him.

blackwater extract's main purpose is 4 wat ? it is same as ketapung leaves ?

Plakat not nice la. If u expert already, try getting crowntail, double tail, Half moon or maybe triple tail betta(rare) Although this will cost a lot but it is very worthy especially those who are going for competition. Malaysia/ Siam got good breed. Siam more coz malaysia betta trend over already.
Dont buy and go competition, breed them first and then go competition coz the babies of a Winner's baby coz a lot!!

Erm...plakats r now d in thing. not CTs and such. Go to aquariums shops and u will notice. Marble Plakats, giat plakats. U'll b surprise to c that they have d half-moon finnage. Breeding out a champion breed is e z like u said...but raising the fries and making sure tat u can get a champion fry out of d spawn would b a different story.

i think CTs cost below 10....this 1 i can confirm wif u. HM and all other fishes below 10. Dun b surpirse if its even cheaper. Do drop by if u r free...i will b there. But u have to tell uncle seng ur nick and which forum u r from...hehe. -

Currently I do not have a single Plakats and I have seen some photos of them. Smaller in size and heard it is more hardy than CrownTail Bettas.

i saw plakats for sale, 30 bucks each and they dun seem that big leh....but then got 1 big one...big head also...dua leng gong...its near jurong west street 51/41 there i think....but i still love crowntails...so far my 3 bettas have been with me for 2-3 months liao/only. plan to buy 1 more but not much space left and NTU is draining my time away fast but i still manage 2 waterchange weekly.

Hi, ChunYong and BettaAlmighty. I am planning to get Plakats from Uncle Seng's Farm ASAP as it cost $2 for one as told by BettaAlmighty and somemore it is very young, still easy to manage.
I am wondering does Uncle Seng's Farm have PURE RED Plakats?
I am planning to get 3 to 5 Plakats
1. PURE Red Plakats
2. Royal Blue Plakats.
3. Marble Imbellis etc -
